Note to banjo players: We have seven registered banjo players to date. We need more guitar, mandolin, fiddle and bass players.

We will accept banjo players if they play other instruments and are willing to do so in all their small jam groups that take place during the camp. At times when all are playing together, students may play their instrument of choice. Just email us at jamcamps@australianbluegrass.com and we’ll process your registration manually.

There will be a banjo instruction breakout session during the camp which all banjo players are welcome to attend.

There are no single rooms left. We are attempting to release further single accommodation. Shared accommodation is plentiful.

2018 Burleigh Heads Jam Camp

CYC Burleigh is located in the heart of Burleigh Heads on Queensland’s Gold Coast. It features single and shared style accommodation and is an ideal location for Jam Camps Australia’s 2nd Queensland Jam Camp.

CYC Burleigh – 22 to 28 Rudd Street Burleigh Heads Qld 4220.

Accommodation Options:

  • Single accommodation options are limited and require advance booking. $430.00 per person
  • Shared accommodation is limited to three per room unless otherwise requested by a single group. $360.00 person

The jam camp will run from Friday 9:00am 20th July to 2:00pm Sunday 22nd July. There is provision for early check in on Thursday evening for those travelling any distance and there is no additional charge for this option. Cafe and restaurants are nearby for Thursday evening and Friday morning meals.
